Patti Green, Board Certified Health Coach, is a creative entrepreneur and a holistic lifestyle coach. Throughout her work in the Western New York community, she realized there’s a real disconnect about “where food comes from.” This idea has blossomed into a multi-faceted educational programming initiative. Patti’s love for eating fresh seasonal ingredients has led her to create the Farm to Fork Urban Celebration program for children and their families and her Passport to Health programming provides inner-city families with virtual and in-person cooking programs.

The goal is to promote, educate, and engage the community to embrace eating and cooking with fresh local produce throughout the WNY summer & fall growing season.
